To play, notify a Golf Committee Member at least 7 days prior to the outing. A 7 day notification in advance policy will be strictly enforced. Please remember to get to the course at least 45 minutes to an hour prior to our start time. This allows sufficient time to register, collect funds, and reconfigure teams when necessary. Each outing consists of a four man scramble where teams are selected in a modified random order depending on the scramble format. Team members are adjusted to balance a three man versus a four man team in skill level or to fill a team in the event players do not show on the day of play.
Playing formats may be any one of the following: ABC: A single team is comprised of a combination of A, B, and C flight players. A/B/C: A team may consist of only A flight players, only B flight players, or only C flight players. This format is also known as "Flights".
Again this year all outings start at 8am
However, every attempt is made to begin the outing as soon as all members have checked in and course management has deemed the course ready to begin play.
